People and Excuses...

Hi guys, it's been a while here and I so miss sharing my thoughts as I get inspired. This post is particularly inspired by a very recent experience with different kinds of people I met ( to think that I just started understanding the meaning of love in 1Cor 13 from verse 5).
Anyway, I learnt three things about people and three other things about love .
Things I learnt about the people I met.

1. Everyone wants to be seen as the good guy, even if it means making someone else look like the bad guy. You could call it "seeking cheap favours" too.

2. Everyone I met acts like they're the first person on the organogram  of the organisation, cos they have people working under them. They become so power drunk and almost trample on the intelligence of other people ( for those that permit them anyway) forgetting that they have other people above them. Get the gist? they forget they are below people too. ( I pity some people sha)

3. Everyone resists autocracy one way or another! So we mess up in trying to wriggle out of it- doing it the wrong way. ( that's the best way I can express this point, please pardon me).

Well, when I noticed the three above, I got so upset, I felt heavy. Until something struck me about 1 Corinthians 13. The love factor can changes everything...
 1. People disappoint a lot, but I, as a christian, have the responsibility not to allow anger to linger in me, cos love is not easily angered. ( Phew! You think that's the hard part?)

2. For the autocracy part, well, it's just normal for humans (me, in this case) to react in a way that would help us maintain our respect and stuff like that, which is good, except that we do it the wrong way. What happened to being led by the Holy Spirit? But because we feel we have moral justification, we mess up. anyway, I thought I had those rights too until I remembered the amplified version of 1Cor 3: 5 where it says Love is not rude. Hehehe...

3. Love conquers all! It sure does. It conquers anger, rudeness, fear, gossip, disappointment and evil thoughts too. It's all about our inside as christians. Love changes everything...

From me to you: God is love #DelonixCares.
